FOUNDER & CEO

A cancer survivor who when faced with alternatives, to get busy living or get busy dying, Bob chose to get busy living. Working outside the box or even creating a new box from scratch comes naturally to Bob, and his family, friends, and colleagues know him as a dreamer, thinker, inventor, and builder.

Bob is inspired by Teddy Roosevelt’s Man in the Arena speech and Dale Wimbrow’s Guy in the Glass poem. Both are on his office wall.

Bob coaches the Aces, Emet Surgical’s beach volleyball team, a job he takes very seriously.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, MENA

A former IDF medic and leader, Gaia leads Emet Surgical’s development efforts, including marketing to hospitals, surgeons, pathologists and distributors in the Middle East and North Africa.

Gaia is a theatre and music lover, who in her free time is studying Arabic. She enjoys a nice hummus lunch, and spending time with her family and friends.

Gaia is new to beach volleyball, but her passion for the sport led her to be named captain of the Emet Surgical Aces.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE EU & UK

Ofri is a former IDF commander who was responsible for training recent immigrants. She leads our development efforts in the EU and UK.

Ofri is a capable multi-tasker, able to work with Gaia while simultaneously correcting Bob’s Hebrew grammar and accent.

Ofri enjoys cooking and running, and of course spending time with her family and friends. As striker for the Emet Surgical Aces, she is a fearful presence on the volleyball court.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Craig was that kid who drew pictures of cars in his school notebooks. Little did we know then that he would later become Art Director for Hot Rod Magazine and numerous enthusiast publications. Craig is a nationally recognized graphic artist and creative director who today focuses his creativity on university scientific and research publications. Craig’s artistic background and lens help Emet Surgical to create better products.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

A recognized leader and company builder, Oded has led high-tech companies from concept to exit. He is a Technion graduate who is especially well versed in managing product development. Oded is a fantastic problem solver who is able to quickly get to the root of a problem and develop solutions. Oded is one of the smartest and nicest guys we know, which is why he is consulting to Emet Surgical.

DIRECTOR OF TEAM WELLNESS

A pure-bred Broder Collie we rescued, Patch is a comforting presence in our Denver office. It should be no surprise that Patch much prefers riding in a convertible with the top down over fulfilling his corporate responsibilities. Considering he is paid in hugs, treats, and kibble we understand completely.
